Switching Plans

Provided continuous coverage is maintained, individuals enrolled in Medicare Part D will be allowed to switch plans every year between Nov. 15 and Dec. 31, to take effect Jan. 1 of the following year.

Reminder: An individual cannot be enrolled in more than one (1) Part D plan at the same time!
